- How long I’ll be waiting for my order?
Most orders ship out within 24-48hrs. All overnight/express orders do take priority over others. Please know the shipping speed will depend on the type of delivery you choose. Please know unless You choose FedEx EXPRESS or OVERNIGHT the orders will most likely take 4 business days to reach you. FedEx Ground does not operate on weekends and it is the slowest shipping method out there.
- Do you deliver in my country?
We do ship worldwide, but keep in mind some items i.e Chocolate cannot be shipped to all countries, in this case your order will be cancelled and fully refunded. Many times, when International Orders are shipped out, Customs and Border Protection does CHARGE A IMPORT TAX. - Can I return a product?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. - Can gifts be refunded?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
