100 ml of the syrup contains: active substance: Hederae helicis foil extractum siccum (5-7.5: 1) 0.7 g, extractant - ethanol 30% (m / m) and auxiliary substances: liquid crystallizing sorbitol, potassium sorbitan, anhydrous citric acid, xanthan gum, cherry flavor, purified water.

Secretolytic (liquefies residual bronchial secretions), spasmolytic (relaxes the smooth muscles of the bronchi), soothes cough.

Dosage

Orally:
- adults and children over 10 years of age: 5 ml of syrup 3 times a day. If necessary, the dose for adults can be increased to 7.5 ml of syrup 3 times a day;
- children from 6 to 9 years of age: 5 ml of syrup 3 times a day;
- children from 1 to 5 years of age: 2.5 ml of syrup 3 times a day;
- children under 1 year of age: before administering the syrup, consult a doctor who will determine the dose and method of administration. Shake well before use. A measuring cup is used to measure the medicine. The drug should be taken in the morning (noon) and in the evening.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the preparation. Contains sorbitol. In the case of fructose intolerance, the use of the drug can only take place in consultation with a doctor. In rare cases, it may irritate the mucosa. The safety of use in pregnancy and lactation has not been established. The preparation can be used only when the expected benefits for the mother outweigh the potential risk for the fetus.
