Preparing a hearty goulash: easier than you think
If you haven't tried goulash yet, now is the time. Because preparing goulash with Maggi Fix is child's play. Simply fry 500g mixed goulash in hot oil and deglaze with 375ml water. Stir in the contents of the bag and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over low heat. It's easier in the oven: After roasting, let the meat stew in the closed pot in the preheated oven at 200 degrees / 170 degrees fan oven for 60 to 90 minutes.
