Take the preparation orally.

Adults, children over 12 years of age and elderly people with symptoms of nervous tension: take about 65 drops (about 2.1 ml) three times a day, which corresponds to half a teaspoon of liquid, dissolve in 1/4 glass of water.

As a means of falling asleep: about 65 drops (about 2.1 ml), equivalent to half a teaspoon of liquid, dissolve in 1/4 glass of water, take about half an hour to an hour before bedtime, you can take an additional dose in the evening if necessary.

The maximum daily dose is 4 single doses of the drug (4 times half a teaspoon of liquid).
Contraindications
The drug should not be used in patients with hypersensitivity to valerian root (valerian). The product is harmful to people with alcoholism. It is not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age and people at high risk, such as patients with liver disease and epilepsy. It is not recommended to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The preparation may limit the ability to drive vehicles and operate machines.
