Before we start rolling the cabbage rolls, you need to boil the cabbage. It must not be too hard or overcooked, so that the cabbage rolls do not develop in the pot during cooking.
It's best to use hot cabbage leaves for their preparation. Unfortunately, such leaves are easy to burn, and what is worse, the preparation of the entire dish requires time and skill.

A great way to easily and quickly prepare a delicious dish that does not differ in taste from the traditional version.
In each bag you will find a detailed recipe for how to prepare cabbage rolls step by step, and perfectly selected spices will add flavor to the whole dish.
Instead of bothering with wrapping the stuffing, chop the cabbage and add it to the meat. All that remains is to prepare the tomato sauce and wait for the "attack" of the household.
PREPARATION INTRUSTCIONS:
Step 1
Boil 1 bag of white rice in a pot, making sure it doesn't fall apart.
Step 2
In the meantime, finely chop half a head of small white cabbage.
Step 3
Mix together the cabbage, cooled rice, 500 g of minced pork and a packet of Knorr Fix. Form about 10 cabbage rolls from the resulting mass.
Step 4
Place the meat in a deep frying pan with heated fat and fry on each side.
Step 5
Mix a small amount of tomato paste with about 300 ml of water. Add some salt and pepper to taste, then pour over the cabbage rolls.
Step 6
Simmer the dish covered for about 30 minutes on low heat. If the sauce starts to boil away, add a little water, stirring gently. Enjoy!
