PREP
Add fresh: 200 g lean mixed ground beef, 1 can (425 ml) red beans and 70 g sweet corn (1 mini can) Preparation: 1) Drain corn and beans, rinse beans if necessary. Fry the ground beef in 1 tbsp hot oil.
