The water and electrolyte balance in the body plays a key role in the proper functioning of skeletal muscles, contractility of the heart muscle and blood vessels. Potassium and magnesium participate in the proper neuromuscular conduction and the mechanism of muscle contraction. Both elements are important electrolytes, the proper supply of which is especially necessary during intense exercise and fluid loss. Potassium - by influencing the proper functioning of smooth muscles - also participates in maintaining normal blood pressure. Zinc helps maintain the acid-base balance in the body. Together with chromium, they are involved in maintaining blood glucose levels. Iron, vitamins B6 and B12 participate in the energy metabolism of cells and reduce the effects of fatigue. Additionally, vit. B6 increases the absorption of magnesium, and iron enables the transport of oxygen through the blood.

Recommended intake

Take 1 tablet a day after a meal, washing down with plenty of liquid. The tablet can be divided for easier swallowing. Do not use on an empty stomach. For long-term use (over a month), 1/2 tablet a day is recommended.
